Ssercot was founded in 1997 as a company focused on accounting and tax consulting, specializing in the external administration of companies, accounting control, tax planning, and the optimization of financial and human resources.

Over time, the company has evolved to adapt to changing market needs. In 2003, Aset Ltda. was created, expanding services to companies with foreign capital and strengthening administrative management.

In 2012, Ssercot developed the concept of corporate representation in Chile, incorporating areas such as logistics and distribution, and consolidating operations both nationally and internationally.

Currently, the company has expanded its services to include internal auditing, controllership, fraud prevention, corporate governance, and compliance with Law 20.393.
